Matthew Berg has a diverse background in business development and real estate, currently serving as a Business Development Manager at R.W. Smith & Co. since June 2013, where Matthew supports a variety of establishments such as restaurants and hospitals in sourcing restaurant supplies. Prior to this role, Matthew excelled as REO Senior Transaction Director and Associate Broker at Gail Buck Realty from April 2007 to June 2013, overseeing the sale and management of REO properties for major financial institutions and leading a sales team of over 25 agents. Earlier in their career, Matthew gained substantial experience in the hospitality sector as Executive Sous Chef from October 2001 to November 2007, focusing on creating unique dining experiences for high-volume restaurants.
