Tim Trujillo

Tim Trujillo has a diverse work experience in the design and foodservice industry. Tim is currently the Director of Design Services at TriMark USA, where they have been working since 2021. Prior to this, Tim held various roles at Innovative Foodservice Design Team as Principal from 2017 to 2021. Tim also has experience at W.West Equipment & Furnishings from 2007 to 2017, Colorado Restaurant Supply as a Design Manager from 2003 to 2006, Ricca Design Studios as a Senior Project Director from 1995 to 2003, and Colorado Restaurant Supply as a Project Manager and CAD designer from 1993 to 1995. Tim's career started at Bilt+Rite Metal Products as a Lead Drafter in 1984 before moving to Ricca Design Studios as a Project Manager from 1985 to 1993. Overall, Tim has demonstrated their expertise and versatility throughout their career in various design and leadership roles in the foodservice industry.

Tim Trujillo attended Denver Institute of Technology from 1982 to 1984, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Architectural Drafting and Architectural CAD/CADD. In 2023, they received a Certificate in Hospitality Management from Cornell University.
