David Shapiro

David Shapiro is an experienced Mechanical Engineer Lead at Trimble Inc. since September 2020, with a prior role as a Mechanical Engineer at MEI Wet Processing Systems and Services from April 2018 to September 2020, where responsibilities included designing wet processing tools for the semiconductor industry and improving manufacturing processes. Previously, David served as Engineering Director and Engineering Manager at RapidMade, Inc., contributing to the growth of the engineering department and collaborating with clients and vendors. Early experiences include roles as a Design Engineer at UKO Karate, Research Assistant at the University of Washington, intern at Technische Universitaet Kaiserslautern, and teaching assistant at Oregon State University. David holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington and an Honors Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University.
