Herbert Landau

Herbert Landau is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and geodesy. Currently serving as the Trimble Vice President of Technology GNSS and previously as Engineering Director at Trimble Inc. since 2001, Herbert has also made significant contributions as the Founder and Managing Director of Terrasat GmbH from 1993 to 2000. Prior roles include Head of the Research Lab at the Institut für Erdmessung und Navigation, Universität der Bundeswehr München, where Herbert oversaw various research projects and lectured, as well as positions as Research Assistant at both the same institute and Technische Universität Darmstadt, and Software Development Engineer at Edeleanu. Herbert Landau holds a Diplom Ingenieur in Geodesy from Technische Universität Darmstadt, completed in 1982.
