Joel Rouhier

Joel Rouhier is an accomplished HR professional with a robust background in human resources management and strategic business partnership. Since joining Trimble Inc. in May 2013 as Vice President of Human Resources, Joel has also held positions such as Human Resources Director and Senior Human Resources Manager for France, Benelux, and Southern Europe. Prior experience includes serving as HRBP for Europe at Aviva plc, where Joel collaborated with senior leaders on people strategy. Joel’s earlier tenure at Convergys saw leadership in HR processes and service delivery across multiple multinational clients in the EMEA region. Joel holds an Executive MBA from EDHEC Business School and a Master II in Human Resources from IGS Institut de Gestion Sociale.
