Jorge Costa

Jorge Costa is an accomplished Principal DevOps Engineer and DevOps Architect at Trimble Inc. since January 2012, with expertise in several programming languages including C#, C++, F#, JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, and Python, as well as tools and platforms like MSBuild, CMake, WPF, Vue, TeamCity, Jenkins, Azure, and AWS. Prior to Trimble, Jorge worked at Alten UK as a Software Test Engineer, focusing on the functional validation of AOCS/GNC software, and at Advanced Public Transport Systems where testing activities for the Phileas vehicle included verification strategies and performance tests. Earlier experience includes roles at Space Systems Finland and Critical Software, where contributions involved functional testing of satellite control software and development of a compliance inspection tool for critical systems, respectively. Jorge holds a Licenciate in Electronics and Computer Engineering from Universidade de Coimbra, completed in 2006.
