Michael Ayres began their work experience in 1996 as a Technical Recruiter at Aerotek, where they sourced candidates and worked with sales teams to place engineering and manufacturing professionals. In 1997, they joined Teksystems as an Account Manager, responsible for providing technical staffing services and growing territories. From 1998 to 1999, Ayres worked as a Senior Consultant at Empyrean Management Group, providing onsite client consulting services and supporting clients with HR infrastructure and processes. Michael then became a Principal Consultant at Empyrean Management Group in 1999, managing a team of consultants and acting as a project director for multiple engagements. In 2001, Ayres joined TriMech Services as the VP of Sales & Operations, providing strategic support to sales and engineering teams and currently supporting the Federal Services Division. In 2021, they joined TriMech as part of the Strategic Accounts Federal & DoD team. Overall, Ayres has gained extensive experience in sales, operations, consulting, and recruitment throughout their career.
Michael Ayres attended Longwood University from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
