Mike Keegan

Mike Keegan has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Mike most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at TriMech since September 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of EVP, CFO at g2o from June 2016 to September 2020. Before g2o, Mike was the Chief Financial Officer at Sage Sustainable Electronics from May 2014 to June 2016. Mike also served as the CFO of Kentrox Division of Westell at Westell for a brief period from April 2013 to November 2013. From July 2008 to April 2013, Mike worked as the EVP, CFO, and Operations at Kentrox. Before that, they held the position of EVP at The Pizzuti Companies from September 2005 to July 2008. Prior to their roles in the technology and real estate industries, Mike worked as the COO/CFO at Applied Innovation Inc. from August 1999 to January 2005. Mike'searlier experience includes serving as the Vice President, Corporate Controller at Orbital Sciences Corporation from August 1994 to June 1999, and working in finance at Iridium from February 1994 to August 1994. Mike began their career at KPMG, where they worked in Washington DC Audit from July 1989 to February 1994.

Mike Keegan attended The Ohio State University from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Accounting.
