Dixie Sciacqua

Dixie Sciacqua has extensive experience in the transit industry, currently serving as the Manager of Bus & Rail Operations, Workforce Utilization and Communications at TriMet since August 2018. In this role, Dixie oversees Station Agents and operational personnel, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency while adhering to budget constraints and service delivery standards. Prior to joining TriMet, Dixie spent 38 years at Pierce Transit, where responsibilities included special event coordination, project management, and providing exceptional customer service as both a Service Supervisor and Transit Operator. Dixie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the University of Washington.
