Sureya Rapley is an Analyst at Trimont Real Estate Advisors since June 2022, with previous experience as an Intern at Greystone from June 2021 to August 2021. At Greystone, Sureya created financial models to assess investment opportunities, assisted in preparing affordable multifamily applications for financing, and conducted market research to validate project economics and model assumptions. Sureya holds a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate from The University of Georgia, completed in 2022.
