Janelle O'Rourke has extensive experience in client support and management within the HR and payroll sectors. Since November 2018, Janelle has served as Principal Specialist for Payroll & Platform Support at TriNet, where responsibilities include acting as a subject matter expert and primary contact for a portfolio of clients, focusing on HR systems, payroll, reporting, and benefits administration. Prior to TriNet, Janelle worked at Hole In One International from February 2001 to November 2018, initially as Customer Service Manager and later as Account Manager, managing office operations and assisting executive management. Janelle's career in corporate sales began at iGo, inc as Corporate Account Representative from 1999 to 2001. Janelle holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business/Commerce from Truckee Meadows Community College and has further education from the University of Nevada, Reno.
