Annabella Frank

Annabella Frank is an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in civil engineering. Currently serving as a Project Manager in Trinidad and Tobago since November 2022, Annabella has previously held the same role at International Project Initiatives Ltd. from January 2017 to March 2023. Early career experience includes engineering positions at Trintoplan Consultants Limited and The Rural Development Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited, where responsibilities encompassed civil engineering design, project management, procurement, and construction supervision. Annabella’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus and a BSc in Civil Engineering from The University of the West Indies.
