Paula Hospedales BSc. PG.Dip. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in law enforcement and community service. Currently serving as a member of the Executive Committee for the Rape Crisis Society since June 2017, Paula has been with the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service since January 1993, holding various roles including Court Prosecutor, Station Commander, and Sergeant Operations. Responsibilities include ensuring the timely delivery of professional services and maintaining stakeholder communication to address community needs. Paula also worked as a School Instructor from September 2010 to November 2015, teaching Behavioral Science and Police Procedures. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Mediation Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Criminology from the University of the West Indies, along with numerous certificates in mediation, social work, and human resource management.
