Sian Martinez is an experienced International Relations Officer at the Ministry of Foreign and CARICOM Affairs of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago since October 2007, having previously served as an assistant at the Association of Caribbean States in 2007. Sian holds a Master of Science in Public Sector Management from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus, obtained in 2013, along with a Postgraduate Certificate in Diplomatic Theory and Practice from DiploFoundation, University of Malta. Additional qualifications include a Certificate in Multilateral Conferences and Diplomacy from the United Nations Institute for Training and Research and a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies, Spanish, and International Relations from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus, completed in 2005.
