Hiatt Collins has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Hiatt began their career as an attorney specializing in commercial litigation and insolvency, managing a large project involving 150-plus mortgage cases. Hiatt then transitioned to the tech industry, starting as an apprentice software developer at Nashville Software School, where they gained hands-on experience in full-stack development and created single-page applications. Following this, Hiatt worked as a software developer at Provisions Group, where they upgraded and expanded web applications using Ruby on Rails and performed data warehouse analysis and development. Currently, they are employed at Trinisys as a senior healthcare data engineer, where their responsibilities include designing and executing data extraction solutions, delivery of extractions from electronic medical record systems, and modifying existing scripting to accommodate client requirements.
