Teresa Brewster

Teresa Brewster has over 25 years of experience in business analysis and project management. Teresa started their career as a Policy Consultant at Colonial Insurance Co in 1994. From 1995 to 2005, Teresa worked at CNA, where they held the position of Senior Business Project Consultant, Business Operations Support. During this time, they successfully developed and implemented a pre-production test environment and led multiple user acceptance test plans/strategies for system upgrades.

Teresa then joined Fontis Healthcare Services in 2005 as a Senior Business Analyst, where they managed the design and gathering of business requirements for web-based user tools and screens in an interactive Health and Wellness website. Teresa also conducted testing in all phases, created testing plans, and oversaw data migration.

In 2010, Teresa moved to Healthways, where they served as a Business Systems Analyst. Their responsibilities included implementing business rule requirements in the Blaze Rules Engine, obtaining requirements from various business areas, and testing rule processes.

Since 2011, Teresa has been working at Trinisys. Teresa started as a Business Analyst before being promoted to Senior Business Analyst. In their current role, they produce business requirements and analysis for client-specific data entry software implementations. Teresa creates dynamic web forms, maps data entry into various operating systems and workflows, and provides testing analysis and documentation.

Teresa Brewster attended Eastern Kentucky University from 1987 to 1990. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Administration degree with a focus on Management and Marketing.
