Vanessa Gutierrez serves as the Founder and Lead Consultant at Reflection & Resilience Consulting Services, where bilingual (English/Spanish) trauma-informed and culturally sensitive prevention content is delivered through various educational methods. Additionally, Vanessa works as a Psychiatric Screener at Trinitas Regional Medical Center, conducting crisis intervention and psychosocial assessments. As a Family Resource Coordinator at Rutgers-University Behavioral Health Care, Vanessa provides crisis support and case management for students and families. Further consultancy roles include Training Consultant at VIP Community Services, facilitating bilingual parent engagement workshops, and Navigator at Safe+Sound Somerset, focusing on community education and support for survivors of domestic violence.
