Rebecca Davis

Rebecca Davis is the Legal Contracts Administrator at Trinity Capital. She is responsible for assisting in transaction closings and improving efficiency within the Legal department with comprehensive support, such as writing and maintaining internal procedures manuals and document templates.

Prior to Trinity, Rebecca served as a contracts manager at Bank of the West, working on large equipment finance loans. Having attended Houston-Tillotson University in Austin, TX., She became a corporate paralegal working in governance, compliance and contract management within multiple industries including gaming, healthcare, and banking.
