Leah Greenhalgh

Leah Greenhalgh is a seasoned professional in the field of claims management, currently serving as the Recovery Team Leader for Motor Claims at Trinity Claims since December 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure at The AA from July 2019 to November 2023, where Leah held the position of FNOL Team Leader in the Accident Assist team, focusing on customer service excellence and team development through feedback and observations. Transitioning from this role, Leah began as an FNOL Claim Handler, responsible for processing new claims and validating policies.
