Lynnea Connolly

Lynnea Connolly has extensive experience in strategic development, recruitment, and staff development within the academic sector, primarily at Trinity College Dublin since 2004. Currently serving as the Strategic Development Manager for Student Counselling, Lynnea has previously held roles including Administrative Systems Manager and Recruitment Partner in Human Resources, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end recruitment and learning needs assessments. Lynnea's earlier positions at Trinity involved managing academic registry functions and communication, demonstrating expertise in project management and policy development.
