With more than 20 years of experience leading customer-focused programs, Courtney Harrison is Vice President of Customer Success at Trinity Cyber, ensuring that the company delivers outstanding customer and partner experiences. As a trusted advisor to their customers, she supports them every step of the way – from sales, to onboarding to services adoption, advocacy and retention throughout the ongoing use of their services.
Prior to joining Trinity Cyber, Courtney led customer initiatives to drive technology adoption and process excellence in customer service at AT&T and drove Operations strategy with Lumen Technologies. She is a trusted strategic leader with expertise in matrix management of teams supporting cross-organizational services that will be essential for their customer experience and success. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Colorado, as well as an MBA and a Ph.D. in Business/Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix.
