Stephen Pedigo began their work experience in 1993 as a Senior Technician at ITT, where they worked until 1999. During this time, they provided hardware/software and infrastructure installation for various C4I equipment and performed troubleshooting and repair of computer systems. Stephen also fabricated and terminated various cable types.

From 2006 to 2009, Stephen worked as a Senior Technician at ITT, operating and maintaining the Defense Red Switch Network (DRSN) and acting as a Node Site Coordinator for Promina IDNX. Stephen also performed repair of DRSN equipment and circuits.
In 2010, they joined Swica Conference Technology as a Lead Federal Service and Support, where they worked as a Design Engineer for Audio Video projects for the U.S. Military in Europe until 2013.

From 2016 to 2017, they worked as an Audio Video Engineer at Strategic Communications. In this role, they performed site surveys, worked closely with customers to implement video conferencing solutions, and collaborated with the sales team on bill of materials, statements of work, and designs.
Since 2018, Stephen has been working as an AV Sales Engineer at Trinity Video Communications.
Stephen Pedigo attended St.Xavier from 1974 to 1977, but no degree or specific field of study was provided. In 1983, they attended the US Army Signal School for one year and studied Strategic Microwave Radio Repairman. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) from AVIXA in February 2019. Stephen also acquired certifications in Cisco CCNA Video, Cisco Video Network Specialist, and Cisco TelePresence Video Field Engineer for Advanced Specialist in 2014 and 2013 respectively.
