Eileen Matzek

Eileen Matzek is a seasoned IT executive with extensive experience in healthcare technology leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Enterprise IT Strategy & Planning at Trinity Health since March 2020, Eileen drives the execution of integrated information system planning functions and develops innovative service strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Prior roles include Regional Chief Information Officer, overseeing a large team and managing substantial budgets, and Vice President of Applications & Field Services at AMITA Health, where collaborative culture and budget management skills were emphasized. Eileen has also held key positions at Ascension Health, Advocate Condell Medical Center, and Resurrection Health Care, demonstrating a strong track record in IT standards implementation, strategic planning, and team productivity improvement.
