Robby Johnson

Robby Johnson is a founding member and the Chief Human Resources Officer. Robby oversees Human Resources and Compliance for Trinity Healthcare. He was formerly the Vice President of Human Resources of another senior housing operator. He has 19 years of experience as a Human Resources professional in the healthcare and finance industries. He has experience in all disciplines of Human Resources including strategic leadership, employee relations and retention, and benefits and compensation to align with employee culture with company core values. He has served on several community boards in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management. Robby majored in marketing at Texas Wesleyan University.
