Abhas Sood

Abhas Sood is a seasoned professional with over 13 years of experience in Human Resources, Administration, Employee Welfare, and Employee Relations. Currently serving as the Group Head of HR & Administration at Trinity Group since July 2009, Abhas manages pan India operations, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, training, legal compliance, and employee engagement for a workforce of 850 direct employees and 2,500 contractual employees. Prior experience includes a role as DGM at Vatika Group from January 2003 to June 2009, and a tenure as a Flight Lieutenant in the Indian Air Force from December 1996 to November 2002, where Abhas led over 500 personnel in both administrative and technical capacities. Abhas holds an education foundation including a degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from IIM Ahmedabad, an eMBA from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management from IGNOU, and a B.E. in Mechanical from Andhra University.
