Elizabeth Milligan

Elizabeth Milligan is a dedicated health care professional with extensive experience in home health care coordination and social work. Currently serving as a Home Health Care Coordinator at Trinity Health At Home since January 2019, Elizabeth is responsible for coordinating referrals from hospitals to facilitate home health services.
