Matt Bricknell

Matt Bricknell has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Matt currently works at Trinity Homecare as an M&A Programme Manager & Transformation Lead, where they are responsible for integrating acquisitions into a standard operating model across various business functions. Prior to this, they worked at PerformHQ as an Associate, contributing to change acceleration and delivery improvement.

From 2017 to 2021, Matt was the Director of Brixland Ltd. Matt also served as the Acquisition Integration Programme Manager at City & County Healthcare Group from 2018 to 2020, enabling volume growth, geographical expansion, and digital initiatives.

Before that, they were a Business Change Project Manager at Babcock International Group, where they delivered transformation projects and implemented a corporate ERP template across multiple business units.
