Scott Chakoutis

Mr. Chakoutis began his career in Property Management 20 years ago working his way up from being a Part-time Porter and Maintenance Technician all the way to his current role as COO. Having worked in almost all areas of the property management life cycle has led him to become a dynamic leader on their Executive team. Scott oversees TMLCC’s day to day operations of all onsite team members including all Property Managers, Facilities Managers, and Regional Directors spanning over 70 locations. Prior to TMLLC, Scott was a Senior Property Manager with Peabody properties for over 10 years. Holding a Bachelor’s degree from Springfield College, Scott also has his CPM, ACOM with IREM and NAHP-E with NEAHMA. He holds a Board of Directors position with the Boston IREM Chapter.
