Richard (Rick) Gade, MBA

Richard (Rick) Gade, MBA has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Richard (Rick) is currently working as a Sr. Operations Geologist at Trinity Operating, where they plan wells and monitors drilling operations. Previously, Rick worked at Baker Hughes as a Wireline Formation Sampling Operations Manager, overseeing sampling operations. Richard (Rick) also worked as a Consultant Researcher at the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement, contributing to research projects. Additionally, Rick was a contributing team member for API RP-78 at the American Petroleum Institute, focusing on wellbore positioning. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant, specializing in Wellsite Logging QC Witness. Rick has also held roles at Noble Energy, including Senior Drilling Engineer and Senior Operations Geologist, where they designed and planned wells, monitored drilling progress, and coordinated evaluation operations. Earlier in their career, Rick worked at Baker Hughes as a Global Account Manager, Operations Manager, and Wireline Field Engineer, gaining expertise in formation pressure testing, wireline conveyance, and deepwater wireline operations. Rick holds an MBA degree.

Richard (Rick) Gade, MBA, obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, which they pursued from 1985 to 1990. Following this, they went on to complete their Master's Degree in Business Administration from Louisiana State University, specializing in Business Administration, between 2004 and 2007.
