Kim Probasco

Kim Probasco is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in financial administration, budget management, and civic engagement. Currently serving as Financial Administrator at the Trinity River Authority of Texas since November 2020, Kim has previously held roles such as Managing Partner at KKJ Solutions and Budget and Financial Planning Manager at Upper Trinity Regional Water District. Additional experience includes positions at the same authority as Operations Financial Administrator, as well as facilitator and analyst roles in various organizations. Notably involved in civic initiatives in Bedford, Texas, Kim served as Chair of the Residential Outreach Committee and Commissioner on the Community Affairs Commission. An accomplished leader, Kim was also awarded the McCloy Fellowship, which included a tour of Germany focused on government policy. Kim holds a Master's degree in Urban Affairs and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from The University of Texas at Arlington.
