Tisha Draper

Tisha Draper is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project program analysis and executive assistance. Currently serving as a Project Program Analyst and formerly holding the position of Executive Assistant at the Trinity River Authority of Texas since September 2019, Tisha brings valuable expertise to the organization. Previous experience includes a distinguished career at the United States Department of the Navy from April 1997 to March 2019, culminating in the role of Chief Petty Officer. Tisha's educational achievements include a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University, expected to be completed in September 2024, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Regent University, and an Associate's degree in Business Management and Computer Science from Coastline College.
