Mike Kittelson has over 20 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry, specializing in executive search. Mike is the owner of Trinity Search Group, a firm dedicated to recruiting exceptional leaders in the industry. Prior to that, Mike served as the Managing Partner for Construction & Real Estate Development at Kaye Bassman International, where Mike conducted searches at both field and executive levels in the eastern United States.
