Allison Sommers

Allison Sommers, M.Ed., currently serves as the Residential Life Coordinator at Trinity University, where responsibilities include supervising 16-18 Resident Assistants, managing budgets, and overseeing maintenance for campus buildings. Previous experience includes roles at The University of Texas at San Antonio, where significant contributions were made as a Graduate Assistant in creating leadership curriculum and co-advising the Student Government Association, as well as conducting research on equity and justice programming. Sommers also held various positions at Louisiana State University, where skills were developed in student engagement, program planning, and conduct processes. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and Extension Education from Louisiana State University and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
