Katie Welch

Katie Welch is an experienced academic advisor currently employed at Trinity University since October 2021. Previously, Katie served as a college advisor with the College Advising Corps from August 2019 to June 2021, managing a caseload of seniors and juniors and providing guidance on college applications and career readiness. During time with the College Advising Corps, Katie successfully exceeded meeting goals and launched a resourceful website for scholarships. Additionally, experience includes roles as a media intern at SoL Center, an undergraduate research assistant at Trinity University, and an intern at The Twig Book Shop. Katie holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Trinity University, earned in 2018.
