Rachel Boaz Toppel

Rachel Boaz Toppel, M.Ed., has served in various roles within residential life at Trinity University since August 2013, currently holding the position of Director of Residential Life. Responsibilities include developing and assessing programs, overseeing departmental budgets, and leading staff training and evaluations. Notably, Rachel has launched a gender-inclusive living community and initiated a mentorship program for Black and African American students. Previous roles include Coordinator for Residential Life and Experiential Learning and Graduate Practicum in Student Life at the University of Oklahoma. Rachel holds a Master's degree in Adult and Higher Education with a focus on Student Affairs from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor's degree in Comparative/International Political Science from Trinity University.
