Angelo Chaclas is currently the Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary at Trinseo LLC, formerly known as Styron LLC. Prior to this, Angelo served as the Assoc. General Counsel - Chief IP Counsel & Division General Counsel for a global material science company. Angelo also held various VP and Chief Counsel positions at Pitney Bowes, focusing on software division, intellectual property, and government/regulatory affairs. With a background in Mechanical Engineering and Law, Angelo has extensive experience in overseeing legal operations for multinational companies, including managing capital markets transactions, intellectual property, and regulatory matters.
