James Lindo

James Lindo is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in remote IT support, network administration, and technical troubleshooting. Currently working at Trinsic Technologies Inc. as a Remote IT Support specialist since July 2020, James manages server and email administration and provides desktop and laptop support across various platforms. Previously, James served as a NOC Engineer at HKT Teleservices, where responsibilities included managed network services and troubleshooting Unified Communication services.
