Dan Taylor

Dan Taylor has had extensive work experience in the software support field. Dan'smost recent position was at Trintech, where they worked as a Team Lead for Commercial Support EMEA. Prior to that, they worked at Eze Software Group as a Senior Support Analyst, and at Temenos and Odyssey Financial Technologies as a Support Analyst. In all of these roles, Dan was responsible for handling support queries, ensuring timely resolution, and working with development teams to identify and resolve issues. Dan also played a key role in implementing and maintaining helpdesk issue tracking systems. Dan's experience dates back to 2001 when they started working as a Support Analyst at TAS Software Ltd. Overall, they have demonstrated a strong ability to provide exceptional support to clients in the software industry.

Dan Taylor attended Carshalton High School for Boys from 1985 to 1990, where they completed their GCSE education.
