Matthew Kuna has worked in a variety of roles in the past decade. In 2012, they were a Professional Baseball Player for the Schaumburg Boomers and a Baseball Instructor at Bulls/Sox Training Academy, where they specialized in pitching, throwing mechanics and fielding. From 2013 to 2017, Kuna worked as an Instructor/ Head Coach for Sluggers Baseball Academy / Private Lessons and a Sales Executive for MSDSonline - A VelocityEHS solution, covering southern, central, and western Illinois. In 2018, they became a Regional Sales Manager for CivicPlus and in 2019, a Regional Sales Manager for Government Brands, LLC. In 2020, Kuna was a Senior Sales Account Executive for Logiwa WMS, managing a team of two SDRs and handling product demos, proposals, negotiations, contracts, and pipeline creation. Finally, in 2022, they became an Account Manager for Rock Solid Technology, Inc. (now part of Granicus). Kuna is currently a Key Account Manager for Trio Mobil.

Matthew Kuna earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from The University of Toledo in 2012 and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from The University of Toledo in 2011. Matthew also obtained an Inbound Sales certification from HubSpot Academy in June 2017.
