Kristina Aye

Kristina Aye is a seasoned professional in clinical operations and research management with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and oncology sectors. Currently serving as the Manager at TRIO - Translational Research in Oncology since October 2023, Kristina previously held the position of Clinical Operations Director at UBC from April 2016 to September 2023, leading a team of 68 clinical staff across Europe and ensuring alignment with corporate strategies. Earlier roles include Sr. Manager of Clinical Research at UBC and Clinical Operations Manager at PAREXEL, where Kristina oversaw project management and team leadership. Kristina's foundational education includes a degree as a Healthcare Professional Technician for Medical Imaging from Lette Verein Berlin, obtained from 1995 to 1998.
