Alied Nijdam

Alied Nijdam has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Their most recent role is as the Head of HR Consultants & HRBP CCO at Triodos Bank, starting in December 2022. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at Triodos Investment Management, including Head of HR from November 2019 to November 2022, HR-business partner from February 2017 to November 2019, and Consultant from September 2016 to January 2017. Before joining Triodos, they worked as a Principal Consultant at Terra Management Groep from 2009 to 2016. They also served as a Sales Director at Aastra in 2008. Prior to that, they had various roles at Ericsson Telecommunicatie BV from 1997 to 2008, including Sales Director Enterprise, Unit Manager at R&D, Manager Network-Rollout, and Project Manager. Their career started as a Management Trainee at Ormit from 1994 to 1996.

Alied Nijdam attended Erasmus University Rotterdam from 1988 to 1994, studying Business Economics.
