Andrea Blokpoel

Andrea Blokpoel is an experienced service management professional currently serving as Service Manager at Triodos Bank since December 2023. Prior to this role, Andrea held various leadership positions at Expereo, including Director of Project Management and Director of Service Management from April 2018 to August 2023. Andrea’s extensive background includes over a decade at BT, performing as Service Architect, Service Relationship Director, Senior Service Account Manager, and Service Account Manager, where responsibilities encompassed consulting, team leadership, service model design, and performance oversight for large multinational customers. Earlier career experience includes roles at MCI (now Verizon), Cygnific, and AT&T Unisource. Andrea holds an M.B.A. in International Business from the University of Ottawa and a BAdmin in Business Administration from Concordia University.
