Dr Suresh K Karri

Dr. Suresh K Karri has a diverse work experience in the field of clinical research. Dr Suresh K started their career as a CRA/Sr. CRA and APM at Clintrac International Private Limited, where they handled multiple sites and conducted various visits for therapeutic trials. Dr Suresh K then joined Translational Medicine India Private Limited as a Project Manager. After that, Dr. Karri worked at Sami Labs Limited as a Sr. Manager-Clinical Research, where they managed clinical trials, published research papers, and was recognized as a co-inventor for two US-based patents. Dr Suresh K then moved on to Asiatic Clinical Research, where they served as a Project Manager and gained experience in managing projects.

In 2019, Dr. Karri joined Bioplus Life Sciences as the Head/Manager Clinical Development. During their tenure, they successfully completed several trials, including a trial in COVID-19 patients with ARDS and a Phase 1 ophthalmology trial. Dr Suresh K also managed a Phase 2 clinical program in gynecology and worked on coordinating clinical trials in various therapeutic indications. Dr Suresh K was responsible for developing business cases, obtaining approvals, and reviewing reports.

Currently, Dr. Karri is working at Triomics as an Associate Director (Early and Late Phase Trials), starting from 2022.

Dr. Suresh K Karri has a diverse educational background. Dr Suresh K completed an Executive Program in Strategic Management at the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pharmacology from Vellore Institute of Technology. Dr Suresh K also holds an M.Pharmacy degree in Pharmacology and Toxicology from Annamalai University, which they completed between 2004 and 2006. Additionally, Dr. Karri has a B.Pharmacy degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Andhra University, which they earned from 2000 to 2004. Dr Suresh K has also completed a certification in Intellectual Property Rights from WIPO Geneva.
