Keith Prouse

Keith Prouse has over 15 years of experience in pharmacy leadership. Keith worked as the Market Director of Pharmacy Services at Trios Health from November 2019 to present. Prior to that, they owned Pro-Use Pharmacy Consulting, where they provided medication safety and regulatory readiness consulting. From 2017 to 2019, they served as the Director of Pharmacy Services at Astria Health. Keith also held the same position at Yakima Regional Medical and Cardiac Center from 2004 to 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Pharmacy Manager at The US Oncology Network and as a Clinical Staff Pharmacist at Providence Health & Services.

Keith Prouse obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from the University of Washington in 1993.
