Brad Merchant

Brad Merchant is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management and property operations. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Triovest since January 2020, Brad previously held the position of Director and Head of Retail Asset Management at ALDAR Properties PJSC from February 2016 to January 2020, overseeing significant retail assets in the UAE. Prior roles include General Manager at Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate, leading the property management functions during the redevelopment of Dubai Festival City, and Director of Retail at Oxford Properties Group, managing a substantial portfolio across Canada. Brad's career began at Ivanhoe Cambridge, where Brad progressed through various roles over 12 years, contributing to the company's standing as a major player in global commercial real estate. Brad holds a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from The University of British Columbia and earlier education from Lethbridge Polytechnic.
