Haoyun Liang is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment, assessment, and performance management. Currently serving as the Overseas Recruitment System Project Leader at Trip.com Group since June 2018, Haoyun has successfully managed system selection, implementation, and optimization efforts. Previous roles include leading the Recruitment and Assessment Center and working as a Performance and HRIS Specialist, where critical initiatives involved talent assessment management and the implementation of the Workday project. Earlier experience includes internships at La-Z-Boy, Total, Sparty's, and Pfizer, where Haoyun contributed to talent acquisition, training development, and enhancing HR processes.
