Cindy Wang

Cindy Wang is the current CFO and EVP at Trip.com Group. Cindy previously worked as an Information Control Group Surveillance Analyst and an Institutional Securities Regulatory Strategy Analyst at Morgan Stanley.

Wang started on the team 6 months early to cover a personnel shortage while handling all responsibilities from their previous role. Cindy prepared annual reports for FINRA and CFTC on behalf of Swap Dealers and Futures Commission Merchants across all legal entities. Cindy also updated and maintained policies and procedures within the Firm, compiled monthly compliance alerts, and created monthly compliance metrics decks for CCOs.

Cindy Wang completed a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Consumer Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania. Cindy also attended The Pembroke Hill School.
