Janus Visaya has extensive work experience in operations and customer service. From 2010 to 2019, they have worked in various roles in different companies. In 2010, they were an Assistant Center Manager at Teleperformance, where they managed a team of Technical Support supervisors and ensured the profitability of the account/program by making certain that client KPIs, goals, and targets are met. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Larventech Inc., FXPRIMUS, CM Trading, and TRADESTO GROUP, respectively, as a Senior Operations Manager, Head Of Relationship Management, Head Of Telesales Operations, and Head Of Relationship Management. In 2017, they joined Desto Blockchain, LLC. as a Client Services and Community Support, and in 2019 they became Head Of Operations at TripGuru, where they managed the remote operations for sales and customer service, developed and implemented operational policies and procedures, and identified and addressed problems and opportunities for the company.
