Casper Mardahl

Casper Mardahl has a diverse work experience history. Casper began their career in 2008 as a Market Research Assistant at Bio2com ApS. In 2010, they joined Klarna AB as a Customer Service representative and eventually became the Danish Contestation Lead, responsible for resolving contested errands for the Danish market.

In 2012, Casper moved to trivago GmbH, where they worked as part of an international team managing brand marketing for multiple countries. Casper'srole included market research, negotiation with sales houses and media agencies, budget planning, agency management, campaign implementation and optimization, and KPI analysis.

More recently, Casper joined Tripadvisor in 2015, where they held several roles within online and offline marketing. Casper started as a Manager of Offline Marketing and then transitioned into the role of Manager of Online Marketing. Casper advanced to the position of Senior Manager, responsible for online marketing strategies. Since March 2021, Casper has been serving as the Associate Director of Performance Marketing at Tripadvisor.

Throughout their career, Casper has developed strong communication and decision-making skills, working in multilingual and international environments. Casper has also gained experience in managing multiple markets, handling various stakeholders, and effectively prioritizing tasks.

Casper Mardahl began their education in 2007 at Aarhus University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management Communication. In 2009, they had the opportunity to study abroad at Hong Kong Baptist University. After completing their undergraduate degree in 2010, Casper enrolled at Stockholm University for a Masters program in Consumer and Business Marketing, which they successfully completed in 2012. During their time at Stockholm University, they also took elective courses in Design and Innovation as well as Ideation at the Stockholm School of Entrepreneurship in 2011.
