Mirela Baric

Mirela Baric is a seasoned UX researcher currently serving as a Principal UX Researcher at Tripadvisor since March 2019, after progressing from Senior UX Researcher and UX Researcher roles. With a strong background in qualitative research, Mirela excels in methods such as in-depth interviews, usability testing, and survey analysis, actively collaborating with product and design teams. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Design Researcher at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., focusing on concept creation and user needs assessment, and earlier positions at Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. Mirela's comprehensive educational background includes a Master of Science in Human Factors and Information Design from Bentley University, a Certificate in User Experience Design from General Assembly, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial and Product Design from Wentworth Institute of Technology, complemented by design and illustration qualifications from Kunsthochschule Berlin-Weissensee and Burlington Technical Center.
